• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to customs, courier disruptions, weather, or peak seasons
• We are not responsible for courier-related delays once the package has been handed over
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” SheShine™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
• Please contact your local courier directly
• Check with neighbors or building management
We are unable to issue refunds for confirmed delivered packages.
Customs & Duties (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control and cannot predict customs charges.
Shipping Issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video proof
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered processing.
