Eligibility for Refunds
We only accept refund requests under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• You received the wrong product
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo or video proof
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
Failure to provide proof within the required timeframe voids eligibility.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction after use
• Incorrect ordering
• Failure to read product description
• Minor packaging imperfections
• Shipping delays caused by couriers
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Opened or used products are strictly non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. We aim to fulfill orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Chargebacks & Fraud
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Any disputes filed without contacting us first may result in permanent refusal of future service.
